1. Check-In & Check-Out: You may check-in any time after 4:00pm. Check-out is by 11:00am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, but must be approved in advance. 2. Maximum Guests: The home accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless prior approval is given. 3. No Parties or Events: Parties, large gatherings, and events are not permitted at the property. 4. Quiet hours: Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum between 10:00pm and 7:00am. 5. Pet Policy: Well behaved, house-trained dogs are allowed with a $150 pet fee and must be disclosed at the time of booking. Pets should not be left unattended unless crated. Please clean up after your pet in the yard. Cats are not allowed at our properties. 6. No Smoking: Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside our home at any time. If smoking outdoors, please dispose of cigarette butts properly. If we have found that you've violated our smoking policies, you may be charged an additional $250 cleaning fee. 7. Parking: Please park in the driveway or along the backside of the house behind the attached garage. Do not park in the grass or yard. 8. Respect the Home: We want our home to be safe and clean for all of our guests at each visit. Please treat the home with care as if it were your own. Report any damages or issues immediately so that we may address them. 9. Game Room Use: The game room is provided for guest enjoyment. Please supervise any children while using the space and return any items or games to their proper place so that future guests can continue to enjoy them. 10. Cleaning & Check-Out Expectations - Before checking out, please: Place used towels in the bathroom laundry area. Wash or load used dishes into the dishwasher. Dispose of any trash in the dumpster outside the attached garage. 11. Trash: We have trash collection that comes to the home on Tuesdays. If you are staying at our home during the week, we kindly ask that you take the dumpster to the curb for trash collection, then return it to the front of the garage after collection has been completed. We appreciate your help! 12. Safety: Do not tamper with smoke or carbon monoxide detectors or safety equipment. Follow all posted safety instructions. There is a fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink if needed in an emergency. We also have a first aid kit under the bathroom sink. 13. Security Devices: Exterior security cameras are present, as noted in our listing description. These are for safety and insurance purposes. There are no cameras inside the home.

You are welcome to enjoy the entire home, attached garage, and backyard. Please note the detached garage is not accessible to guests.
